Chicago restaurants, loft venues and caterers run on clean table linens. Hush picks up tablecloths across Chicago, from the West Loop to Hyde Park, and returns them clean, folded and counted.
The West Loop and River North are packed with restaurants and private dining rooms that change linens every service, while loft venues and rooftops host weddings and corporate dinners all summer. Caterers working across the city often need large batches turned around between weekend events.
Downtown buildings in the Loop and Streeterville usually have loading docks with set hours, so add your dock times when you book. For restaurants and venues in Wicker Park, Logan Square and Lakeview, leave bags at the back door or with a manager, and we'll text you when they're picked up.

Shake out crumbs and leave linens in any bag, at your door or with venue staff.
Each tablecloth is checked, pre-treated, washed, dried and folded.
Linens come back folded and counted, usually the next day.
Every Chicago order includes pickup and delivery, with sales tax added at checkout. Choose a weekday morning or afternoon window, add tablecloths, dry-clean-only pieces or bulk linens, and update the count anytime before we arrive.
For large orders, bulk tablecloths are priced by the pound with a 15-pound minimum. Bulk orders suit rental companies, venues and caterers that send many linens at once. Everything is counted at pickup and again at return.
Chicago's summer brings patio dining and outdoor events, which means more spills, more wind-blown dirt and more linens in circulation. Winter brings holiday parties and corporate dinners indoors. Many Chicago customers adjust their pickup schedule with the seasons, adding pickups in summer and December and scaling back in the quieter months.
Steakhouse and Italian menus in River North and the West Loop leave linens with grease, red sauce and wine, and summer patio service adds dirt blown in off the street. Each tablecloth is inspected, pre-treated and washed with similar colors, and indoor and outdoor linens are never mixed in one load. Dry-clean-only pieces like satin runners and sequined overlays go to dry cleaning and are priced per item. Anything that won't come clean is set aside and noted so you can decide whether it goes back on a table.
Private dining rooms in the West Loop can go through a full set of linens in a single night, and caterers working loft weddings often have three events stacked into one weekend. Few kitchens have space for a commercial washer, and drying large rounds in a basement machine takes hours. With Hush, bags go out with a weekday pickup and come back the next day washed and folded. That frees your staff for prep and service instead of laundry.
