New York pickups work around building rules. Doorman buildings in the Upper West Side, Upper East Side and Chelsea usually let us pick up and deliver at the front desk or package room. For walk-ups, we come to your door when the building lets us in, so add the buzzer number and any entry notes when you book. Drivers plan routes around alternate-side parking and rush-hour traffic, and Brooklyn and Queens pickups run on their own routes so windows stay reliable.
