Hush Laundry (“Hush,” “we,” “us”) provides laundry pickup and delivery, wash and fold, comforter cleaning, vacation rental laundry and commercial laundry service. Information you give us. When you schedule a pickup, request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery address, access notes (such as gate codes or where to leave a bag), your chosen pickup window and any laundry preferences you share, such as detergent or folding instructions. Commercial customers may also give us a business name, billing contact and billing address.
Order information. We keep a record of your orders, including pickup and delivery dates, the weight or item count of each order, charges and any notes about stains, damage or items set aside.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our servers and service providers receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view.
