Hush laundry pickup and delivery means you leave a bag at your door, and the next day it comes back washed, dried and folded. Pickup and delivery are free on every order over the $45 minimum.
You schedule online and choose a pickup window: morning (8am to 12pm) or afternoon (12pm to 4pm). Leave your laundry in any bag at your door, on the porch, with your doorman or in your building’s package room. We text you when we pick it up.
Your order is washed on its own, never mixed with another customer’s laundry. We sort lights from darks, wash on the settings your labels call for, dry everything completely and fold each piece so it stacks in a drawer. Then we bring it back and text you when it’s at your door.

Laundry takes more time than it seems: carrying bags to a laundromat or basement, waiting on machines, moving loads, folding, and carrying everything back. A typical week of laundry can eat two or three hours. Laundry pickup and delivery turns that into a minute of booking and a bag by the door. It’s especially useful if you don’t have an in-unit washer, live in a walk-up, or simply have better things to do with a weekend. Once your preferences are saved, every pickup after the first one takes less than a minute to book, and a recurring weekly pickup takes no booking at all.
Standard orders come back the next day. Large or bulky orders, like several comforters at once, can take an extra day, and we tell you at pickup if that applies. You don’t need to be home for either pickup or delivery; most customers leave a bag at the door or with the front desk and add access notes, like a gate code or buzzer number, when they schedule.
Everyday clothes, towels, sheets and workout wear go in your regular wash and fold bag. Comforters, duvets and blankets can be added to any order through our comforter cleaning service. Anything labeled dry-clean-only is pulled from the wash and dry cleaned instead, priced per item. Hosts and businesses can set up recurring pickups through our vacation rental laundry service and commercial laundry service.
Wash and fold is $2.50 per pound with a $45 order minimum, and laundry pickup and delivery are included. Hush runs laundry pickup and delivery routes in 16 metro areas, from Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles to Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, New York and Washington, DC. Each city has its own pickup routes and neighborhoods, and prices are the same everywhere. If your neighborhood isn’t listed on your city’s page, enter your address when you schedule and we’ll confirm whether we cover it. Every city has the same three daily pickup windows, so booking works the same way wherever you live.
