Hush is a vacation rental laundry service for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts. We pick up used sheets and towels on checkout day and return them clean, folded and bundled by bed set before your next guests arrive.
Tell us about your properties: how many units, how many beds and bathrooms, and how often you turn them over. We set recurring pickups around your checkout days. On checkout day, your cleaner leaves the used linens bagged at the property, and we pick them up.
Linens are washed, dried completely, folded and bundled by bed set, with matching towels, so your cleaner can make a bed from a single pack. We bring them back in time for the next turnover.
Price: by quote, based on units and turnover frequency
Turnovers live and die on timing. A vacation rental laundry service is only useful if clean linens are back before the next check-in. That’s why pickups are tied to your checkout days rather than a fixed weekday, and why we record counts at pickup and return, so you always know how many sets are in rotation and nothing goes missing between properties.
Guests notice linens first. Sheets are washed hot enough to come out fresh, towels are dried fully so they’re soft and absorbent, and anything with a stain gets treated before washing. Items that can’t be saved are set aside and flagged for you instead of going back on a bed. Linens are folded neatly and bundled by set, ready to be photographed for your listing.
Whether you run a single condo or manage dozens of short-term rentals, the process is the same: one schedule, one point of contact and one invoice that covers every property. Adding a new unit is as simple as telling us its address and checkout pattern. Hosts with a lot of turnovers often keep two or three linen sets per bed so one is always in the wash.
White linens are the easiest to keep consistent across turnovers, because they can be washed hot and treated for stains without fading. Keep at least two complete sets per bed, and three for properties with back-to-back bookings, so one set is always in rotation while another is on the bed. Bag used linens separately from trash and cleaning supplies, and leave a note with each bag if anything needs special attention, like makeup on a pillowcase or a spill on a towel.
Before your first pickup, we’ll ask how many beds and bathrooms each property has, so we can bundle the right number of sheets, pillowcases and towels into every set.
Our vacation rental laundry service works alongside your cleaner, not instead of them. The cleaner strips the beds and remakes them from the clean sets we return. That keeps turnovers fast and means your cleaner spends their time cleaning, not waiting on a dryer.
